I have been blessed to serve in the field of early childhood education since 2008. Throughout my career, God has opened countless doors for me to serve His children, equipping me through each experience along the way. My calling to this work has been shaped by years of hands-on teaching, leadership roles, and continued learning.
Before joining Trinity’s Early Learning Center in 2019, I spent over a decade teaching in early childhood programs, focusing on Kindergarten readiness and early learning through play, exploration, and nature-based experiences. I also have a strong background in Spanish and enjoy incorporating language and sign language into the classroom setting.
In addition to my classroom experience, I have served on advisory teams and have been part of NAEYC accreditation processes. I am proud to have led programs that have earned a Parent Aware 5-star rating, reflecting my commitment to high-quality early childhood education.
I graduated from Concordia University, Saint Paul, MN in 2008 with a degree in Health and Physical Education and a minor in Lutheran Doctrine. Today, I am grateful to serve as Director of Trinity’s Early Learning Center, where I am passionate about nurturing young learners and walking alongside families in these important early years.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Scott, and our three boys; Levi, Felix, and Peter. We love dance parties, exploring parks, and visiting the zoo. I also love fishing, and catching a muskie is still on my bucket list!
One of my favorite Bible verses that continues to guide me is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
