At Trinity Lutheran School, we believe every child is uniquely created by God — full of purpose, curiosity, and the capacity to grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s why our school programs are thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child, guiding students through every stage of their educational journey with Christ at the center.
From the joyful milestones of Kindergarten to the growing independence of Middle School, each classroom is a safe and encouraging place where students are known, loved, and challenged to reach their God-given potential. Whether your family is just beginning to explore Christian education or seeking a school that partners with you in both faith and learning, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
Our passionate teachers lead with a heart for Christ and a deep love for their students, creating a school culture where faith is lived out daily — in every lesson, every friendship, and every moment of discovery.

At Trinity Lutheran Freistadt Preschool, our mission statement is “A passion for learning, a heart for Christ.” We feel privileged to be able to come alongside families and work together as partners to provide high-level instruction, as well as build a solid faith foundation serving children the rest of their lives.
Trinity’s preschool is dedicated to educating the whole student in areas including social-emotional learning, character building, play-based learning, and academics. Our curriculum is designed to engage your child’s interests and ignite their passion for learning. There are opportunities throughout the day for students to make their own choices regarding play and time for interaction with others to foster important social skills. We strive to equip our students with fundamental building blocks in all domains of learning to prepare them to be children of good character, as well as exhibit academic excellence.
Relationships built in a Christ-centered environment between teacher and student are the foundation of providing children the opportunities and confidence they need to grow and progress in their learning. At this age, independence is an area of focus, providing students the opportunity to learn how to do things for themselves in the safe environment created in our classrooms. Above all, we strive to make disciples who make disciples. We prepare our students with the knowledge to share the Gospel, engage in faith-based conversations, encourage faith in action, and routinely incorporate prayer and fellowship through our classes, assemblies, and chapels.
Each day your child will be immersed in their learning of academic skills through cross-curricular themes and activities. Books, letters, and writing materials will be accessible to students during teacher-planned activities, as well as free-choice time. Development of fine motor skills will be addressed through cutting, centers, and art projects. Curiosity will be fostered through play, which is an essential piece to learning many of the future skills needed for success. The ability to work with others cooperatively is developed, along with understanding how to negotiate, compromise, and process small disappointments. Expressing needs to adults and ideas to peers can be challenging, so the practice provided to our students sets the stage for language expectations in Kindergarten.
Children are given the opportunity to explore and manipulate natural elements in the outdoors. Every day your child will experience the natural wonders of God’s creation in our outdoor Creator’s Classroom as well as the ability to explore other areas of our 40 acres. Here your child is given the freedom to explore, discover, and enhance their learning through nature. Independence and academic growth occur inside our classrooms, as well as outside with teacher-directed activities.
Trinity’s preschool program offers flexibility, by offering schedules based on the needs of individual families. We offer half-day and full-day learning options, allowing you to choose days that work best. In addition to the school day, we offer both before-school and after-school care.
During the school year, a hot school lunch with 1% white milk is available to school day children for a small fee per lunch or you may provide a nutritionally balanced cold lunch. Lunch can be paid through Skyward, using eFunds.
Thank you for partnering with us and choosing Trinity Preschool to be the start of your child’s educational career. It is such a blessing to be able to work alongside you to provide the best education possible to your child and family.

Elementary School
Kindergarten – 4th Grade
At Trinity Lutheran School, our Primary Grades (5K–4th Grade) provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning, rooted in God’s Word and bursting with discovery, creativity, and connection. In these early years of elementary school, students thrive in classrooms where faith is woven into every subject, friendships are nurtured, and curiosity is celebrated.
From learning to read and solve problems to growing in compassion and confidence, our students are guided by caring Christian teachers who partner with families to help every child flourish—academically, socially, and spiritually. It’s a place where little hands write big stories and little hearts learn to trust a very big God.
Come see how we’re building bold believers and joyful learners, one day at a time.
Middle School
5th Grade – 8th Grade
Middle School at Trinity Lutheran School (5th–8th Grade) is a transformative time where students grow in independence, deepen their faith, and prepare for the road ahead—all within a supportive, Christ-centered community.
Here, academic challenge meets spiritual growth. Our students tackle rigorous coursework, engage in meaningful discussions, and explore their God-given gifts through leadership opportunities, service projects, and extracurriculars. All of it is anchored in daily reminders of God’s grace and love.
As they navigate the joys and challenges of adolescence, our students are surrounded by teachers who mentor with compassion, encourage with purpose, and walk alongside them in faith. It’s more than middle school—it’s a launching pad for high school and life, built on the foundation of Christ.
