I joined the Trinity family in the summer of 2019. I graduated from Concordia University Saint Paul, MN with a teaching degree in Health and Physical Education and a minor in Lutheran doctrine in 2008. I have a strong Spanish background and love integrating other languages into my classroom. I have been a teacher for the last decade at an early childhood program, serving as the Kindergarten readiness teacher. I taught Spanish in several early childhood programs in the Twin Cities area, exposing children to Spanish and integrating components of sign language.
I have been married to the love of my life Scott since 2010. We have three beautiful boys; Levi (2019), Felix (2020), and Peter (2022). As a family we love daily dance parties, going to the zoo, and exploring parks! I absolutely love fishing and catching a muskie is on my bucket list. Fun fact: I love to travel and have been to the following places – many destinations were for missionary work – South Korea, Japan, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and 31/50 states.
My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Why Trinity? “I was seeking a school for Miles to attend in the fall of 2021 when I saw an Open House sign on Freistadt Road and felt compelled to stop by. I immediately felt a sense of trust and peace, and deeply appreciated Trinity’s commitment to Jesus, authentic and family-centered approaches, and balance and diversity in the student body. When the whole family visited for a tour, we felt sure that Trinity was the right place for Miles and our family.”
In her spare time, Mrs. Edwards loves to spend time with friends and family and catch up virtually with loved ones. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Daniel, since 2012. Together, they have one son, Miles (4), and one daughter, Audra (2). She loves to go for walks and rollerblade on the Ozaukee Interurban trail and enjoys visiting local coffee shops to read and relax.
She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from West Virginia University, with her master’s being in multi-subject elementary education.

Hi I’m Katy! Children are so creative and brave. It brings me joy to hear little children laugh and see them smile. They are so full of hope and love. It is a gift to be able to work with the childrn God has placed in my life. I joined the Trinity Childcare team in June 2021. I have been babysitting and caring for children as long as I can remember. In addition to babysitting for some amazing families, I was private nanny for 5 years, volunteered at Vacation Bible School, led Sunday School, and watched children during adult Bible studies. I was raised by two loving parents, and I have been a member at Trinity since 2006. I attended Trinity School K5 through 8th grade. I love to crochet and gift friends and family with my creations. A fact I love to share about myself is that my parents adopted me!
My favorite Bible verse is John 15:16 “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.”

Catrina Kagerbauer
Creative Director
Catrina Kagerbauer
She began her childcare career when she was still in high school where she worked at St. Peter-Immanuel’s (Milwaukee) after-school childcare program. The numerous jobs she held throughout her early twenties prepared her for her leadership role at Trinity: nine years of retail, a teacher at an in-home childcare, a dental office assistant, a landscape laborer, a caretaker for her mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s and a nanny of three children for several years.
Someone once told her that God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called. She reminds herself daily that God is ruler over her life and holds dear one of her favorite Bible verses, Proverbs 19:21 “You can make many plans; but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.”
Catrina has taught Sunday School and served on the Board of Education at her former church- St. Paul’s Brown Deer and in her youth sang in numerous choirs both at school (gospel) and at church (Joy Noise at SP-I). She served as Childcare Director at Trinity from 2013 to 2019.
Catrina focuses on best-practices, organizational efficiency, professional growth, and spiritual care. She enjoys spending time with her family, husband Aaron and children Xavier and Zoe, and closest friends, serving others through various servant projects, reading, the outdoors, watching cooking competition and reality shows, Christian concerts, visiting any kind of museum and growing closer to God through studying God’s Word and applying it in her daily life. The children call her TiTi.

I love caring for all ages of children but my favorite age is the infants. I love snuggling them and helping them to develop and learn new things. It is so amazing to me to see them grow and change into their individual personalities! Seeing the joy and pure happiness they have when they are playing are times I cherish being a part of their world. I joined the Trinity Childcare team 06/2022. I have 7 years working with infants in a childcare setting.
My husband and I have been married for ten years this June. We are officially a family of three! We were given the tremendous blessing of adopting our five-year-old son this past April!!! We have a camper in the WI Dells area and go camping as much as we can. We also love traveling but my two favorite places we have been so far are Sanibel Island Florida, and Sedona Arizona. I love photography and it is a hobby of mine. I love all animals but right now, elephants are my favorite!
One of my favorite Bible verses is Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called, according to his purpose.”
I am very excited at the opportunity to serve here at Trinity Childcare, caring for the babies in the infant classroom.

I am thrilled to be joining the Trinity family starting February 13, 2022. My journey in childcare started when I was 13 when I started babysitting for multiple families. Since then I have had a passion for working with children and seeing them develop their unique personalities. I am currently taking a gap semester after attending Concordia University Mequon for 2 1/2 years but I will be returning in fall to Cedarville University in Ohio to finish up my degree in elementary education. I have had 1 1/2 years of prior experience working in a toddler classroom at a daycare so I feel very prepared to teach your little ones and help them achieve developmental milestones.
I grew up in a large family with 7 siblings and parents who brought me up to know the love of our savior Jesus Christ and I am very thankful for the Christian foundation I had growing up. I now have many nieces and nephews who I love spending time with. Along with spending time with family and friends, I also enjoy many various hobbies and activities. Some of my favorites are being outdoors, acting, singing, hiking, swimming, and playing sports such as soccer and basketball.
My favorite verse is Psalm 113:3 From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised!
I can not wait to meet you all and get to know you and your children

I started my career as a “childcare hero” in the year 2012. I’m currently a level 9 on the childcare registry. I am certified with the childcare infant and toddler certification. My passion in the childcare field has only intensified over the years. I’m experienced in all classrooms birth-three years. I love all ages; however, the infant room is my favorite place to work. I believe the younger the child the better advantage you get to instill love and growth in their developmental milestones. I love the connection between caregiver and infants and for me I get to create unforgettable memories that I will personally cherish. I enjoy seeing children improve on their developmental journey and it impacts my personal growth when I know I’m a part of it. Children are a gift from God and I believe they deserve nothing less than the best in all aspects of their life. I am honored by any opportunity to be a part of any child’s life.
I have a beautiful daughter of my own! Her name is Akeela, she’s seven and she makes every moment of my life worthwhile. I am new to Trinity Childcare (February 2023) however, I’m here to give each child my best and do my best as a Team player.
I have tons of favorite verses but my favorite is Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
I love all children and I thank you for giving me the honor of caring for your child.

Hello! My name is Gabbi Gaziano! I love working and simply spending quality time with kids. Being able to see them grow physically, mentally, and spiritually is such a blessing. The first few years of a child’s life plays a vital role in their intellectual development. Seeing kids grow towards Jesus and finding His light is a beautiful aspect of life. I like to bring my positive energy into childcare, so the children can find trust in me. I want to help model positivity and kindness to help guide them on their walk with Christ. I am so excited to join the Trinity team and use this opportunity to see your child evolve into their own being! I look forward to building relationships with you and of course your child!
Currently, I am working towards my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at Concordia University Wisconsin. Once I complete my undergraduate work, I plan to attend graduate school to work towards my masters in speech and language pathology. As a speech language pathologist, I want to work with children ranging from birth to even high school age. My work at Trinity Childcare will allow me to use my growing knowledge in language development and maybe even put my skills to work!
Outside of my vocational work, I find joy in sports, outdoors and quality time with family. I currently play on Concordia’s softball team. I also am a part of Concordia’s Best Buddies program, which is a club that connects students with and without intellectual disabilities. I find that my enthusiasm has helped me in softball and Best Buddies, and I am so excited to bring that to childcare as well!

My husband and I live in Mequon with our 2 children: Michael age 12, and our daughter Ariel age 5. Both of our children attend the same schools that we attended when we were younger in the Mequon-Thiensville school district.
As proud Homestead Highlander alums, we love cheering for our home team! Our favorite sports to attend are basketball and football games. Some of my favorite things to do are interior decorating, art, writing, baking, drawing, and traveling. My favorite place of travel has been to Australia. It is a beautiful country! I even got to hold a koala bear and throw a boomerang…it was awesome!!
I love spending time with my family. I come from a big extended family that loves our Heavenly Father. I truly believe that praying and worshiping together only makes the bond stronger.
My personal belief is Without Christ I simply exist, however,
“With” Christ I LIVE!!
I am joining the Trinity childcare community as a lead in your Toddler 1 Classroom, and I cannot wait to get to know you and your children. I love helping Children fulfill their goals! Whether it is big or small, I believe that children should always be proud of themselves and feel great about every accomplishment and achievement. Seeing kiddos run up to you and say “ Look I finally did it !!” makes my day every time!
I have always loved caring for children. I have had opportunities to care for children ranging from infants up to the 5th grade. I served as a Children’s ministry assistant in a church, I have helped in youth groups both religious and school settings, and various camps working with early childhood ages.

Coming from a larger family and being in the middle I have always had the example of my older siblings and opportunities to help with my younger siblings. In the past I taught swimming as an instructor at Mequon Pool. I have volunteered for Awana (kid’s clube) and at various church camps over the summer months.
What I love about caring for children is the connections you build with each individual child. It is amazing to watch and observe them learn and grow. I especially like arts and crafts time as I love doing crafty things myself. Providing opportunities for children to be creative brings me joy because they come up with fun, out-of-the-box ideas.
I am happy to be here and look forward to working here at Trinity in the Toddler Classroom.
