Before you take a tour of our school, here are a few things you should know.

Hours

Hours

7:50 am – 3:05 pm

  • The school day begins at 7:50 am.
  • The school building opens at 7:30 am.
    • before-school care is available starting at 7:00 am (requires additional payment)
  • The school day ends at 3:05 pm.
    • Students will automatically incur childcare costs if not picked up by 3:25 pm

Affiliated Denomination

Since 1848, the congregation has been a member of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.

Absences & Late Arrivals

Communication is very important.

Each morning your child will inform their school teacher if they are: car line, bus, ESC or after-school activity, hot lunch, cold lunch, or salad and if they are taking snack and lunch milk.

  • Email the office at office@trinityfreistadt.com or call the office at 262-242-2045 to report an absence
  • The office will communicate with the teachers
  • If the OFFICE is not notified, children will be marked absent (unexcused) and parents will receive an automated phone call from Skyward at 8:45 am.

  • Email the office at office@trinityfreistadt.com or call the office at 262-242-2045 to report a late arrival.
  • The office will communicate with the teachers.
  • Students will be marked tardy in Skyward if they arrive after 7:50 am. Students must check-in at Door #6 and receive a late arrival slip before going to class.

  • Email the office at office@trinityfreistadt.com or call the office at 262-242-2045 to report an early pick-up.
  • The office will communicate with the teachers.
  • You must contact the office prior to pick up for children to be released early.
  • Only authorized persons will be allowed to pick-up.
  • Verbal or written permission is allowed.
    • Provide: Name, relationship to child and Make/Model of Vehicle
