Wisconsin’s Milwaukee and Wisconsin Parental Choice Programs allow eligible families to use publicly funded vouchers to enroll their children in participating private schools, including religious schools, at no cost to the family.

Eligibility Checklist

  • Meet income requirements (View Guidelines)
  • Residency Requirements:
    • MPCP: Live in the City of Milwaukee
    • WPCP: Live in Wisconsin but outside Milwaukee and Racine Unified School District

Submit Required Documents

  • Submit residency proof to the school during the open application period
  • Acceptable documents: utility bill, paycheck stub, or official letter (dated within 90 days)
