Wrap Around Care
& Summer Care

Need care beyond the classroom or during the summer? We’ve got you covered with Wrap Around Care (WAC) and Summer Care — reliable, Christ-centered support for your busy schedule.

Wrap Around Care (WAC) is available for students in 3K–8th grade | Before School: 7:00–7:30 AM and After School: 3:05–5:00 PM

Summer Care runs during the summer months, Monday–Friday, from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

⚠️ All fees and forms must be received before care begins.

Submit Fees

To complete enrollment or join the waitlist, the following fees must be submitted:

  • Registration Fee (non-refundable)

  • Intent to Enroll Fee
    – Equal to 10 days’ tuition per child
    – Non-refundable, applied to future care

Payment Options:

  • Electronic: Collected via Tuition Express after form submission

Waiting List

Requests for enrollment are processed on an age-eligibility and date-of-application basis with the following priorities:

  • Families already affiliated with Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center of Freistadt
  • Families that are members of Trinity Freistadt Lutheran Church and School of Freistadt
  • Families from the wider community

Having priority does not guarantee that space will be available when needed. Enrollment requests that cannot be honored immediately will be kept on a waiting list.
