Online Registration

Create a MyProcare account to let us know about your care needs.

Please note that a completed, scheduled tour of our facility with the Director is required for admission or to be placed on our waiting list. You’ll receive all the necessary information and paperwork on the tour.

Tour

After registering online, our Director will connect with you to discuss your needs. A tour will be scheduled with you based on the availability of open seats within the program.

Enroll

After touring with us, we will connect with you to let you know if your child has an immediate seat, a reserved seat for a future date of enrollment or if they will be placed on a waiting list.

The following fees are required to be paid and all forms must be filled out and turned in to complete enrollment and/or to be placed on the waiting list.

• Registration fee
• Intent to enroll fee (10 days’ tuition/child; non-refundable; will be applied to care received)
• Payment for the registration fee and the intent to enroll fee may be paid one of two ways:
  • by check (Please make checks payable to Trinity Lutheran Freistadt Childcare) or
  • electronically (collected by Trinity via Tuition Express after submitting the Tuition Express form)
• Return the Schedule Contract
• Return the Automated Payment Processing Form
• Fill out the Childcare Enrollment Packet

An email with further instructions and forms to be completed will be sent to you.

All fees are required to be paid and all forms must be filled out and turned in PRIOR to care being provided.

NOTE: Returning students to the ESC or the Summer program do not need to create a new MyProcare account. Please fill out a new Schedule Contract and Tuition Express form.

Forms

After registering online, please complete the following paperwork and submit it to childcare@trinityfreistadt.com or drop them off at the office.

• Fill out a Schedule Contract 
  • Our Extended School Care program offers flexibility in scheduling. You are billed based on actual attendance. There is a lower rate for those that schedule in advance. We ask for a weekly schedule so that we can schedule staff accordingly and know who to expect each day after school.
• Note: If you know that you will not need consistent care but may still need drop-in care please indicate that on the Schedule Contract.
• 2024 Summer Program Schedule Contract 
• Fill out the Payment Authorization Form
• Fill out the Parental Consent Google Form
• Allergy Form (if applicable)

Note: Your child’s Immunization Record and Health Record are on file with the school.
